After you've been approved for a Mine card

Your physical Mine card will automatically be sent to you within 5-7 days. Additionally, you'll have the option to start spending online immediately and add your card to your Apple or Google Wallet.

Using your card

There are 3 ways to use your Mine card:

  • In person - Use your physical card in person by swiping, inserting, or tapping the card

  • Online - Use your virtual card online by typing in your 16-digit number, expiration date, and CVV

  • Apple Pay - Use your Mine card wherever Apple Pay is accepted by adding it to your Apple Wallet

  • Google Pay - Use your Mine card wherever Google Pay is accepted by adding it to your Google Wallet

Card actions

Within the app you can:

  • Enable Autopay - Toggle “Autopay,” and we’ll pay off your purchases every day from your connected bank account.

  • View your card number - Tap "View card number" to view your card number, expiration date, CVV, and ZIP.

  • Lock your card - Toggle "Lock your card" to instantly lock and unlock your card.

  • Change your PIN - When you sign up for Mine, you'll set a PIN. If you forget it or would simply like to change it, tap "Change your PIN" and follow the instructions.

  • Request a new card - If you need to request a new card because your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, please get in touch.

FAQs

Where can I use my card? Can I use my card internationally?

You can use your card wherever it's accepted! Mine does not charge foreign transaction fees.

What can’t I use my card for?

The following types of transactions aren't allowed:

  • Cash-out Transactions - Cash App, Venmo, Apple Cash, Paypal, ATM Withdrawal

  • Transactions from Financial Institutions - credit card, insurance, tax payments

  • Cryptocurrency/Crypto Apps

  • Gambling/Casinos

  • Dating Apps

  • Online Game Purchases

Can I use my card for recurring transactions?

Yes, your Mine card can be used for subscriptions and other recurring purchases.
