Canceling Your Fizz Membership

How canceling can affect your card, your credit, and your in-app experience.

If you choose to cancel your Fizz Membership in the app, you'll still have access to all the features of a Fizz Membership until the day that your Membership expires (you can find that date in your app by going to Settings > Fizz Membership). If you change your mind, you can always renew your Membership before it expires.

Once your Membership expires, you may still have access to the Fizz app, but you'll miss out on a ton of great features exclusively available to Members.

Your Fizz Card

If your Membership is canceled, your Fizz Card will be frozen on the day that your current Membership term expires, and it will be closed once your outstanding balance is paid off. Closing your Fizz Card (and the corresponding line of credit) may impact your credit score.

Please note that, at this time, we and our bank partners are unable to allow you to re-subscribe to a Membership or re-apply for the Fizz Card once your account has been closed.
