Please note that we require all disputes made over the phone to also be submitted in writing through one of the above channels within ten business days.
Fraud
Fizz partners with other financial companies to help make sure that your card and your purchases are protected against fraud. If you believe a fraudulent charge was made, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
