As part of the sign up process for your Fizz Membership, you'll be asked to link your external bank account. You may link any US-based checking account that is supported by our partner, Plaid.
If you also have the Fizz card, once linked, your bank account will be used to determine your spend limit. Your daily payments will also flow from your connected bank account. Don't worry - before transferring funds, we will always try to check your balance first in an effort to prevent an overdraft.
Note: If you do not see your bank account listed, it may not be supported. Additionally, it is not possible to link with trial deposits at this time.
Connect a different bank account
If you'd like to update your bank account, navigate to Settings > Connected Bank Account
Fix or update your connected bank account
From time to time, your connection may require you to reconnect your account. Typically this happens if you update your password or your bank updates their security settings. To reconnect your account, navigate to Settings > Connected Bank Account
